“IngoT” (“医革”), standing for “IT stretching the potential and capability of NGOs”, was originally introduced to offer non-profit organisations (or SSAs/ VWOs*) enterprise-class IT systems at an affordable cost.

“IngoT” was originally launched with and funded by Lien Foundation in 2007. Since then, it has evolved into an all-encompassing cloud-based care management software with two key variants, “IngoT2″ (for nursing homes) and “IngoT-CBC” (for community-based care providers such as day care centres and home care services).

In May 2017, with the support from Lien Foundation, PulseSync launched the third generation all-in-one Care Management System (CMS), named the “IngoTPCC” (Person Centred Care), which is running on a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. It is designed to support the end-to-end operations of a myriad of eldercare service providers covering client/patient intake, admission, clinical documentations, attendance/ encounter management, care planning, drug prescription, medication administration, reports to government and regulators, etc. Essentially, it also promotes Person-Centred Care (PCC) putting people and their families at the centre of decisions and seeing them as experts, working alongside professionals to get the best outcome.

IngoTPCC supports Single Source of Truth (SSOT), Integrated & Multiple Service Type (Residential, Senior Care Centre, Home Care & Active Ageing Centre), Multiple Touchpoints and stringent security requirements like Multi-tier Web Application Deployment, IP Filtering, Web Application Firewall, DDoS protection, Intrusion Detection, Secured Socket Layer (SSL), Immutable Backup Storage, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), etc. We periodically perform Web Vulnerability Scan (for major product releases) and annually run a full Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test (VAPT) by external security consultant.

In late 2022/23, PulseSync released IngoTPCC AAC to support the transition of Senior Activity Centre (SAC) to Active Ageing Centre (AAC). In March 2024, our AAC system was officially shortlisted by Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) as one of the few IT solutions which supported the AAC 1.x care model.

In Nov/Dec 2024, our IngoTPCC AAC system was once again recognised and whitelisted by AIC to be ASG-Compatible IT system which supports the Age Well SG AAC 2.0 care service model. This recognition is a testament to our solution’s ability to meet the stringent requirements of the Age Well SG programme, covering functional, technical, cybersecurity, and AAC2.0 capability perspectives.
