Intern (Project Management) – SG

Responsibilities

  • Support project manager in IT implementations for new or existing clients, including requirements gathering, functional analysis, user acceptance testing and training
  • Liaise with customers and end users (e.g. doctors, nurses, clinicians, administrator, IT Manager, etc.) on change requests and enhancements to current systems
  • Assist in drafting project documents such as meeting minutes, statement of work, training manual, user guide, etc.
  • Support tasks assigned by Project Manager and/or Technical and Managing Directors
  • Opportunities to participate in proof-of-concepts, pilots and other trailblazing projects

Requirements

  • Candidates must be existing undergraduates (from local or overseas Universities or Polytechnics) studying related disciplines (e.g. computer science, computer studies, computer engineering, information systems, information management, system science, etc.)
  • Able to commit to 3 months
  • Candidates should be versatile and independent in picking up new technology and possess strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Able to do flowcharting and business process analysis
  • Ability to grasp and understand business requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you are expected to liaise/interface with customers/end-users (including doctors, nurses, social workers and healthcare professionals) regularly
  • Good documentation skills
  • Excellent professional and working attitude
  • Able to work and seek information or help independently
